Excerpts of my mind…

Mayawati, in Uttar Pradesh is leaving no chance to waste our hard earned money in the name of glorification of Ambedkar, Kanshiram and herself. The most expensive park was made in Lucknow amounting to hundreds of crores of rupees few year back, in the name of Baba Saheb Ambedkar, by the Mayawati herself; and now she is planning to renovate or make a new park for the same purpose. Just because the old park was not well maintained and lost its ambiance and charm.

I do not know if she can not see the dying farmers of Bundelkhand for few thousands of rupees OR she just wants to ignore this because these farmers do not form avote bank for her. The money alloted for the Ambedkar park amounts to hundreds of crores of rupees but the amount allocated for rehabilitation of these farmers is just few crores and that also after few media channels like NDTV given it a alot of coverage.

If Mayawati has just once thought of bettermentof poor people she would have never planned a park like Ambedkar park, just to glorify her name. Ambedkar’s name is just a reason to convince others, the main motto of making such parks is to put her own statue along with Kanshiram.

May these statues can help poor dalits in improving their lifestyle, their living standards or give them jobs. The money could have given a whole good life to hundreds of families. But it is now useless, and just converted into an structure of concrete with no emotions, no sentiments and no humanity and making nothing good of anyone including Mayawati. It is just giving personal satisfaction to Mayawati, that she is now able do whatever she wants; she is a king, a dictator; who does not care about common man, a dalit or a poor person.
